- Handle daily HR and administrative operations
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave tracking
- Manage work pass applications and renewals
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Other ed hoc duties
Job requirement
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word & Powerpoint and Canva.
- Meticulous, good inter-personal and communication skills.
