Job Scope:
- Support the Head (Faculty Affairs) in the faculty recruitment process and assist in coordinating actual recruitment-related events.
- Provide administrative support for faculty-related matters, including but not limited to annual faculty appraisal, appointments, reappointments, report writing and other tasks as assigned.
- Handle reimbursement submissions and claims processing.
- Support new faculty onboarding activities.
- Assist with matters related to the Associate Chair (Faculty) role-based portfolio, when required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by ACF and/or Head (Faculty Affairs).
Working Arrangement:
Location: West
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)
Duration: 1 Year
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in administrative or HR-related functions.
- Proficient in IT applications such as MS Word, Excel, MS Teams, Zoom, and managing hybrid meeting setups.
- Possesses good time management skills, is responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
