Job Description

Requirements

  • Manage full spectrum of HR administrative duties

  • Assist in recruitment process (job postings, screening candidates, interview coordination)

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave tracking

  • Liaise with relevant government authorities when required

  • Handle general office administration and support daily operations

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
