Job Description

Human Resources:

  • Handle the full employee lifecycle and the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Manage accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary computation, benefits, and staff claims, while ensuring on-time submission of statutory filings (CPF, IR8A, IR21, MOM and etc), NS claims, training grants, and relevant market surveys.
  • Ensure that HR practices are in compliance with governmental regulations and advising management on needed actions.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general administrative duties including documentation and filing.
  • Assist in managing worker-related matters, including employment and mobilization processes, accommodation allocation and upkeep, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Support workplace safety and health matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Administration:

  • Set up and maintain office systems, including filing, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and office procurement to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee daily office administration, including facilities management and service coordination.
  • Support travel arrangements, meetings, and corporate functions.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for HR and administrative records.

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. IHRP or SHRM certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 35 years of HR generalist experience is required. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior HR & Admin Executive role.
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, HR practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates effectively, works independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Well-organized, multitasks efficiently, maintains integrity, and handles confidential information responsibly.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and collaborative, with potential to grow into higher responsibilities.
