Handle the full employee lifecycle and the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Manage accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary computation, benefits, and staff claims, while ensuring on-time submission of statutory filings (CPF, IR8A, IR21, MOM and etc), NS claims, training grants, and relevant market surveys.
Ensure that HR practices are in compliance with governmental regulations and advising management on needed actions.
Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general administrative duties including documentation and filing.
Assist in managing worker-related matters, including employment and mobilization processes, accommodation allocation and upkeep, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Support workplace safety and health matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Administration:
Set up and maintain office systems, including filing, supplies, and equipment.
Manage vendor relationships and office procurement to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee daily office administration, including facilities management and service coordination.
Support travel arrangements, meetings, and corporate functions.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for HR and administrative records.
Requirements:
Recognized degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. IHRP or SHRM certification is an added advantage.
Minimum 35 years of HR generalist experience is required. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior HR & Admin Executive role.
Good knowledge of the Employment Act, HR practices, and regulations.
