Job Summary
You will manage HR, administrative, and accounting functions to support smooth operations in a growing logistics company, reporting directly to the Managing Director and contributing to operational impact.
Responsibilities
- Execute HR processes including onboarding new employees, tracking leave and medical certificates, and submitting required reports to MOM
- Maintain accurate employee and vehicle administrative records to ensure compliance and operational readiness
- Support payroll processing, invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks to maintain financial accuracy
- Coordinate with MOM, IRAS, and external accountants to ensure regulatory compliance and timely submissions
- Utilize Excel, Xero/QuickBooks, and MOM/CPF systems to manage data efficiently and generate reports
- Work proactively and independently while maintaining discretion in handling sensitive information
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, administration, or accounts, preferably within SME or logistics sectors
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
