HR / Admin Executive - Job Scope / Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including payroll, recruitment, HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
. Liaise with hiring managers on manpower requirements and candidate selection.
. Prepare employment contracts, Letters of Appointment, and onboarding documents.
. Conduct orientation for new hires and maintain employee records.
. Coordinate probation review and confirmation process.
2. Payroll Administration
. Handle full spectrum of monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
. Compute salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and final payments.
. Ensure statutory submissions such as CPF, IR8A, and related payroll matters are completed promptly.
. Maintain leave records, attendance, and claims.
. Respond to employee payroll enquiries.
3. HR Operations
. Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.
. Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance systems.
. Support performance appraisal, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
4. MOM Related Matters
. Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, and quota matters via Ministry of Manpower Singapore.
. Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
. Liaise with relevant authorities on employment regulations and labour compliance.
