About the role:
1. Human Resources Support
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives and Business Consultants.
- Assist in payroll preparation by compiling relevant data such as attendance records, leave applications, bonuses, and claims.
- Prepare and process documentation related to HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and staff movement.
- Liaise with government agencies and statutory boards when necessary (e.g. MOM, CPF Board, IRAS).
2. Administrative Duties
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
- Manage office inventory, stationery, and pantry supplies coordinate office maintenance and vendor services.
- Issue invoices, track payments, and maintain proper filing of billing-related documents.
- Organize and maintain records, files, and internal documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Project and Reporting Support
- Assist in coordinating and executing HR and administrative projects.
- Prepare and compile HR and admin-related reports and presentations for internal use or external submission.
- Support process improvements and contribute to maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures.
You should have:
- Education in Human Resources preferred but not complusory
- Ability to exercise judgment in managing confidential or sensitive information
- High degree of maturity and professionalism
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to identify issues
- Positive attitude, driven and ready to take on challenges
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, to take initiative and to overcome obstacles
- Ability to successfully manage competing priorities, keeping constant sight of the overall objectives
- High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced and frequently changing environment
- Strong service orientation in responding to customer needs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (both in English and Chinese to better manage the clients)
