Position Title: HR & Admin Executive
Department: Human Resources / Administration
Reports To: HR Manager
Administrative Duties
- Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Handle general administrative correspondence and filing.
- Support management in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Ensure the workplace is well-organized and compliant with safety standards.
HR Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in generating monthly HR reports for management review.
- Ensure proper filing of HR and administrative documents.
- Keep updated with changes in statutory requirements (MOM, CPF, IRAS).
