Job Description

Position Title: HR & Admin Executive
Department: Human Resources / Administration
Reports To: HR Manager

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle general administrative correspondence and filing.
  • Support management in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Ensure the workplace is well-organized and compliant with safety standards.

HR Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist in generating monthly HR reports for management review.
  • Ensure proper filing of HR and administrative documents.
  • Keep updated with changes in statutory requirements (MOM, CPF, IRAS).
