Job Description

HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities - Human Resources

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records for all work permit holders.

  • Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via the MOM portal.

  • Prepare monthly reports to track work pass expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals.

  • Update and maintain daily worker movement records, attendance, leave, sick leave, and absences, ensuring follow-up actions in accordance with company policies.

  • Handle and process payroll for all workers promptly serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries.

  • Process Work Injury Compensation (WIC) claims when required.

  • Manage onboarding and repatriation of work permit holders, including safety course registration, security bond arrangements, and flight bookings.

  • Liaise with MOM on manpower-related matters pertaining to work permit holders.

  • Maintain records of staff and workers training certifications and ensure timely renewals based on job requirements.

  • Prepare appointment letters, warning letters, and other disciplinary documents as needed.

  • Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and arranging interviews.

  • Assist with employee onboarding activities and respond to day-to-day HR enquiries.

  • Support training and development activities by sourcing courses and updating training hours.

  • Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities - Office Administration

  • Answer and route phone calls respond to general enquiries.

  • Greet visitors and provide basic information to walk-in guests.

  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail.

  • Coordinate servicing and maintenance of office equipment.

  • Handle any other office administrative tasks as required.
