Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and scheduling.

  • Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and correspondence with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

  • Arrange and manage accommodation matters for foreign employees, including dormitory coordination.

  • Administer employee medical and WICA insurance policies, including claim submissions and follow-ups.

  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.

  • Coordinate mandatory training courses and certifications for workers.

  • Maintain accurate HR and administrative records to ensure proper reporting, compliance, and monitoring.

  • Organize and support company events, employee engagement activities, and corporate functions.

  • Oversee office administration and facility management, including maintenance of equipment and workplace services (e.g., air-conditioning systems, fire safety equipment, photocopiers, etc.).

  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
