Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and scheduling.
Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and correspondence with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Arrange and manage accommodation matters for foreign employees, including dormitory coordination.
Administer employee medical and WICA insurance policies, including claim submissions and follow-ups.
Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.
Coordinate mandatory training courses and certifications for workers.
Maintain accurate HR and administrative records to ensure proper reporting, compliance, and monitoring.
Organize and support company events, employee engagement activities, and corporate functions.
Oversee office administration and facility management, including maintenance of equipment and workplace services (e.g., air-conditioning systems, fire safety equipment, photocopiers, etc.).
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum Certificate or Diploma qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
