Job Description

HR & Admin Executive (F&B Operations)

  • Support HR and admin operations for 5 restaurant outlets

  • Handle staff onboarding, attendance, leave records, and payroll support

  • Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and manpower planning

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations

  • Liaise with outlet managers on daily staffing and operational matters

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

  • Prefer candidates with F&B or multi-outlet operations experience

You can also add:
Experience: 1-3 years in HR/Admin, preferably in F&B or retail operations.
