Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for an HR Admin & Executive and will be responsible for supporting full-spectrum human resources operations, including recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The HR Admin & Executive will work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties, manage confidential information with a high level of professionalism, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes. A strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and operational support is essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Handle payroll preparation, leave administration, grant claims, and internship-related matters
  • Assist with company registrations and certifications such as BCA workhead, ISO, bizSAFE, and other applications related to the Construction Industry
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and the Employment Act
  • Liaise with MOM, insurers, external vendors, and relevant authorities on HR-related matters
  • Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and related documentation
  • Provide general HR and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Monitor, update, and maintain stock and inventory records such as pantry stock, stationaries and company assets

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential matters
