HR Operations: Maintenance of employees data, preparation of employment documents, employee disciplinary matters, employees queries, management of full set of work passes in construction sector and preparation of weekly/monthly HR reports (Info-Tech Software).
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Learning and Development: Work with department heads to arrange employees for training (CSOC, BCSS, Work at Height and etc.)
Claim Management: Submission of necessary claims, including but not limited to insurance, work injury and statutory claims.
Compensation and Benefits: Preparation of salary proposals, support the annual appraisal process
Employee Engagement: Plan and organise employee engagement activities and/or events.
Payroll: Manage payroll process (Using Info-tech System), preparation of payroll reports
Administration: Oversee dormitory and housing renewals, and manage the assignment and registration of new workers into dormitories. Coordinate festive purchases, catering bookings, and other related arrangements.
