Job Purpose
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting end-to-end human resource operations, including Employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, work pass administration, training coordination and general HR and administrative support. The role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
Arrange and follow up on pre-employment medical examinations for new joiners and work pass-related medical check-ups.
Coordinate onboarding formalities, including orientation for new hires, issuance of uniforms, safety shoes, PPE, and other onboarding requirements.
Manage offboarding processes including exit clearance and retrieval of company assets.
2. Employee Records & HR Systems
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system and shared drives
3. Work Pass Administration
Manage all S Pass and Employment Pass renewal applications and related matters.
4. Performance & Employee Lifecycle
Monitor employee probation periods and prepare confirmation or promotion letters.
Act as the point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and resolving HR-related issues.
5. Training & Development
Coordinate, administer training applications and maintain training records.
6. Leave & Claims Management
Process employee claims including business travel claims, staff reimbursements and entitlements.
Manage government-related claims such as childcare leave, maternity/paternity leave and NS make-up pay claims.
7. Insurance Administration
Administer employee insurance schemes including GHS, GPA, GTL, foreign worker medical insurance and WICA.
8. Administration & Procurement
Handle administrative duties and other ad-hoc procurement needs.
