Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support administrative functions for HR, Finance and Shipping dept
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offers
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll, including data entry and reconciliations
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance department, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Manage office supplies, inventory and ensure a tidy and organized office environment
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails and general queries from internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in HR, admin or finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero or Quickbooks is a plus.
