Job Summary
Support end-to-end HR functions including recruitment coordination, HR operations, payroll liaison, compliance, and administration to enable smooth workforce management and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates to ensure timely hiring
- Prepare employment offers and onboarding documents to facilitate smooth new hire integration
- Manage new employee onboarding and orientation to enhance employee engagement and readiness
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and employee files to support HR data integrity
- Support annual HR activities such as performance appraisals, salary reviews, and promotion exercises to uphold talent management processes
- Update and maintain employee records and HR systems to ensure current and compliant data management
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions
- Liaise effectively between employees, Regional HR, and HQ to resolve HR-related matters and maintain alignment
- Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave, claims, and statutory submissions with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely compensation
- Support work pass applications and renewals to maintain legal workforce compliance
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and local labor regulations to mitigate compliance risks
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, and staff welfare programs to support employee well-being
- Support office administration, facilities management, company events, and general administrative activities to maintain operational efficiency
- Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by the Country Manager to support organizational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support HR and administrative tasks
- Good command of English Mandarin language skills are an advantage for liaising with HQ in Taiwan due to communication needs
- Familiarity with payroll coordination and HR systems to enhance operational effectiveness
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to facilitate collaboration and task management
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn to continuously improve HR processes
