Job Responsibilities
- Handle monthly payroll & claims processing, annual tax filing and payroll reconciliation & reporting
- Manage recruitment and selection process
- Prepare employment contracts, letters and correspondences as required
- Perform accurate and timely input of employee data into the Human Resource database
- Handle work pass administration, surveys, insurance, benefits and leave administration
- Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other relevant agencies
- Ensure proper documentation, filing and personal file records maintenance
- Conduct staff orientation
- Perform general office administrative duties
- Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience in using Timesoft payroll system is a must
- At least Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Good team player who is meticulous, resourceful, analytical, initiative and self-driven
- Good knowledge of statutory requirements
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, planning and organizing skills
- Strong sense of discretion and ability to keep confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
