We are partnering with a well-known digital construction company that leverages technology to transform traditional construction workflows. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a proactive HR Admin to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth people processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR administrative functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate recruitment logistics such as interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Assist with payroll preparation, leave tracking, and benefits administration
- Liaise with external vendors (e.g. payroll providers, insurance, MOM-related matters)
- Support work pass applications, renewals, and compliance documentation
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and updated where necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant HR/Admin experience (open to candidates from agencies or in-house)
- Familiarity with Singapore HR practices, including MOM regulations and work passes
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across functions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment (startup / tech / construction exposure is a plus)
