Job Description

HR & Admin Associate - 4 Month Contract - Singapore
We are looking for a HR & Admin Associate to support HR and administrative operations and provide executive support to the management team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth people operations, office administration, and management support.
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition, retention strategies, succession planning, and HR policies to enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
  • Drive core HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Manage payroll operations accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievance handling, and basic disciplinary matters while promoting a positive and engaged workplace culture.
  • Identify training needs, support learning programmes, and contribute to continuous development initiatives.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local employment laws and internal policies.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure an efficient and well-organised work environment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and streamline administrative procedures and systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Organise company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative and executive support to management, including scheduling, report preparation, presentations, and handling confidential documents.
  • Prepare presentations, memos, minutes, and materials for internal and external meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

This is a 4 months contract.
