Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and update training records for all employees.
- Coordinate and facilitate compliance training for new hires.
- Familiarity with CoreTrade booking for BCA is an advantage.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related functions.
- Monitor and manage dormitory records for the supervisors.
- Coordinate and oversee stationery inventory, requisition, and distribution.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned within the HR department.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Diploma in business administration
