Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Organize, maintain, and update training records for all employees.
  • Coordinate and facilitate compliance training for new hires.
  • Familiarity with CoreTrade booking for BCA is an advantage.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related functions.
  • Monitor and manage dormitory records for the supervisors.
  • Coordinate and oversee stationery inventory, requisition, and distribution.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned within the HR department.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Diploma in business administration
