HR Support:
- Assist in HR functions across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, documentation etc).
- Prepare HR letters (employment contracts, confirmations etc.) and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records.
- Maintain records of staff certifications, training courses (e.g., SSIC, hot work), and entry passes ensure timely renewal and schedules updates.
- Perform data entry for leave, medical leave, and staff claims (overseas and local) if any.
- Handle employee queries on HR matters professionally.
Administrative Support:
Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via WPOL
- Arrange travel-related matters (visas, air tickets, hotel bookings, travel insuranceetc)
- Support managers with ad-hoc HR/admin tasks, including:
-Sourcing electronic devices, housing or dormitory needs
-Arranging hampers or buffet orders
-Coordinating small-scale company events
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant HR/admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Words, Excel)
- Meticulous, high integrity, and self-initiative

- Working hours: 08:30 - 18:00 hrs
