Job Description & Duties:
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Responsible for work pass related matters applications, renewals, cancellations etc
- Reimbursement of all claims from Government online portal.
- Administer Easytime
- Prepare and in charge of staff payroll in Easypay
- Perform recruitment and on-board processing, release and out processing.
- Handle foreign worker requirements such as hiring, renewals, release etc.
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs and housekeeping
- Control of fuel cards
- Update medical leave, unpaid leave and annual leave
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Liaises with government in all related matters (MOM, LTA, IRAS, NEA and etc)
- Handle and follow up of insurance claim
- Maintain proper insurance records and renewal for office, workmen, medical and vehicle insurance policy
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements (Qualification& Experience):
- Minimum O Levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of ACCESS Easypay & Easytime would be an added advantage.
- Able to speak and write Japanese is a plus to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients.
- Good knowledge in local employment laws and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organised, detail-oriented and with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
