Job Summary
Support daily Human Resources, Learning & Development (L&D), and office administration activities to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & L&D Supports
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and files.
- Support recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, documentation).
- Assist in preparing HR documents and letters.
- Support leave, and attendance administration.
- Help organize training and development activities.
- Handle basic general HR enquiries from employees.
Admin Support
- Provide general office administration and filing support.
- Manage office supplies, uniforms, and ID badges.
- Coordinate with vendors and support office facilities matters.
- Assist with internal approvals, simple purchasing, and tracking.
- Support company events and meetings.
- Any Ad-hoc assignment assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle confidential information.
- Positive, can-do attitude, fast learner, and team player.
- Willing to work at Changi North Crescent area.
