We are looking for a responsible and organized HR & Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. This role will assist with administrative tasks, HR support, and staff-related payments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
No prior experience is required as training will be provided, but candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word.
Administrative Support
Assist with daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain company records, documents, and filing systems.
Support office management tasks such as ordering office supplies and coordinating meetings.
Assist in organizing company events and activities.
HR Support
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist with onboarding and basic HR administrative tasks.
Help manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Payments & Coordination
Assist with processing staff salary transfers and reimbursements.
Support CPF submissions and staff-related payment documentation.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely bank transfers.
Maintain proper records of payment transactions.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field.
No experience required - training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
