Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR & Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. This role will assist with administrative tasks, HR support, and staff-related payments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided, but candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Assist with daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Maintain company records, documents, and filing systems.

  • Support office management tasks such as ordering office supplies and coordinating meetings.

  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.

HR Support

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

  • Assist with onboarding and basic HR administrative tasks.

  • Help manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.

Payments & Coordination

  • Assist with processing staff salary transfers and reimbursements.

  • Support CPF submissions and staff-related payment documentation.

  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely bank transfers.

  • Maintain proper records of payment transactions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field.

  • No experience required - training will be provided.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin.

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
