Handle day-to-day Human Resources (HR) and administrative functions.
Manage employee attendance, timesheets, leave records, payroll processing, and other HR-related matters.
Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
Prepare employment-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.
Administer work permits, employment passes, and other employment-related applications, renewals, cancellations, and submissions to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Manage foreign worker matters, including onboarding, orientation, accommodation arrangements, medical appointments, insurance, and compliance with MOM regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation, filing, and confidentiality of HR information.
Liaise with government agencies, vendors, insurance providers, and external stakeholders on HR and administrative matters.
Handle general clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and office administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Support employee engagement activities and provide general HR assistance to employees and management.
Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
Requirements
Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
Willing to work in Tuas. Company transportation is provided.
