Job Description

  • Assist with the maintenance and updating of employee personal records.
  • Manage employee leave and track attendance.
  • Support the maintenance of training records and monitor training progress.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Department.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is an added advantage training will be provided.
