Job Description:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Managers.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Assist in work passes application, such as WP, S Pass and Employment Pass.
  • Assist in salary calculations, training enrolment, entry applications and coordination works.
  • Maintain and update employee records, such as leaves, trainings and salary adjustment.
  • Prepare any reports relating to HR activities/functions.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate Superiors.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): HR Admin
  • Immediate Work Commencement
