About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Admin Assistant to support the full spectrum of HR operations and general administrative functions. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth day to day HR processes and compliance with employment requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manage workers attendance and documentation ensuring accurate and timely submission
Handle full spectrum of work pass matters, including application, renewal, cancellation, security bond executive, medical checkup, IR21 tax clearance, and onboarding / offboarding process
Maintain and update employee personnel files, training records and leave records
Assist in overtime computation and ensure accuracy of records and reporting
Follow up on work injury insurance claims and ensure proper documentation is maintained
Support general administration and operational duties as required
Undertake any other duties assigned by superior or management
