Job Description

Work location: Central
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: up to $3400 per month

6 months contract (subject to extension)

Job Scope:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support in areas of recruitment
  • Coordinate and support HR events and employee engagement intiatives
  • Source and liaise with vendors for quotations and event materials
  • Design EDMs and internal communication materials
  • Handle event logistics and coordination

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource or related fields
  • Experience in Human Resource
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
