Job Description

  • Support payroll processing, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
  • Manage office admin tasks including filing, data entry, and supplies coordination.
  • Handle onboarding logistics (e.g., access cards, fingerprint registration, work passes).
  • Respond to staff inquiries and assist with HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • GCE O Level and above
  • At least 1 year of HR administrative support experience in the Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
