- Support payroll processing, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
- Manage office admin tasks including filing, data entry, and supplies coordination.
- Handle onboarding logistics (e.g., access cards, fingerprint registration, work passes).
- Respond to staff inquiries and assist with HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- GCE O Level and above
- At least 1 year of HR administrative support experience in the Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
