Job Description

Job Highlights

  • Basic salary ranges from $1,9k to $2,5k + Good Benefits
  • Working days & hours: 5.5 Work week, Monday to Friday 830am - 6pm/ Saturday 830am - 1pm.
  • Location: Loyang
  • Permanent Position

Job Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Sorting out and checking daily email
  • Answering phone calls and assisting bosses ad-hoc admin support
  • To support all administrative-related work
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping:
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, using computer software.

Filing and Documentation:

  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, documents, and reports.

Human Resources:

  • Assisting with HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and payroll
  • Application & Renewal of Passes ie. WP / SP / PR etc
  • Staff Leave and Medical Leave Update
  • MOM related work. Ie. Survey
  • Prepare, submit reports and keep track of all Insurance for personnel, equipment and vehicles etc
  • Booking travel and accommodations for staff or executives when necessary.

Project Support:

  • Providing administrative support for various projects, include scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and preparing reports, gather information and prepare for pass application etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Min a GCE O or NITEC
  • Preferable with at least 1 year of related experience
