Location: Vibrant office located at a prime mall, Singpost Center! Nearby is Paya Lebar Square and Paya Lebar Mall, offering plenty of great dining and entertainment options.
Job Description:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (In-person presence at the office is largely required although some days of remote work is possible with prior discussion and mutual trust!)
Pay: 2.5k - 3.8k is the range for the pay, but is negotiable depending on ones qualifications and/or skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
As our HR & Admin Assistant, you'll work closely with the HR Manager and contribute to both day-to-day HR operations and special project initiatives. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR practices while getting involved in meaningful projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and assist in issuing HR-related documents (e.g. contracts, letters)
- Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks (leave tracking, claims, etc.)
- Handle general office administration and other ad-hoc duties
- Assist in planning and executing projects, including process improvements and basic automation
- Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to campaigns and social media efforts
- Help organize employee engagement activities (events, surveys, feedback analysis)
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred, as many of our clients and team members are Chinese-speaking. Being comfortable in a multilingual environment is a big plus.
- Qualifications: Fresh graduates preferred (any discipline welcome - HR, Business, Admin, or related fields a bonus!)
- Committment: Able to commit for long term, to aid the manager, and be able to grow and learn
