Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and independent HR & Admin Assistant to support the Human Resource & Administration Manager in day-to-day HR and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage office operations, including vendor and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

  • Maintain and update personnel records, leave, and attendance.
  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires, including documentation and workspace setup.
  • Respond to staff queries on HR policies and procedures.

Administration Support:

  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement and maintenance.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with downloading of invoices / petty cash filling / Company vehicle records.
  • Support day-to-day office operations, meetings, and events.
  • Track contracts, licenses, and renewal dates for office and corporate needs.
  • Assist on to update website information quarterly
  • Maintain regular stock up pantry and office stationary

Requirements / Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or office administration.
Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
