Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation to support compliance and operational needs
- Coordinate recruitment activities by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding departing employees to facilitate seamless transitions
- Support leave administration, track attendance, and prepare payroll data to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide administrative assistance to support HR team functions
- Participate in employee engagement activities and assist with other HR initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
- Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently to complete HR tasks efficiently and accurately
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and candidates to foster effective collaboration
- Organize HR materials and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information to uphold data privacy standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
