Job Description

We are seeking a Junior HR & Admin Assistant who plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall HR and administrative functions for our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative duties.
  • Handle full-time/part-time staff onboarding and offboarding.
  • Recruitment involves posting job ads, scheduling, and coordinating job interviews.
  • Prepare all HR documentation (e.g., employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc.)
  • Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes (SPass and Work Permit)
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general administrative duties, including documentation and filing.
  • Process monthly payroll, Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly CPF and Tax Filings (IR8A and IR21) for all employees.
  • Handle expenses reimbursement and daily petty cash claims.
  • Perform general office administrative duties such as stationary / pantry requisition and maintenance of office equipment / facilities.
  • Support facilities maintenance arrangements and office logistics
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Any other HR & admin duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience and above experience is preferred, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Possess a keen interest in human resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Responsible, independent, and detail-oriented
  • Local Singaporeans/PRs are encouraged to apply.
