3.0RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
3.1 Support HR Team in day-to-day operations.
3.2 Handling workers payroll & maintain workers personal file.
3.3 Performing work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
3.4 Prepare Employment Contract, confirmation/termination/employment letters and other necessary correspondences.
3.5 Submission of insurance claims and monitoring the status.
3.6 Air ticket booking and monitoring for worker's home leave & resignee.
3.7 Managing ISO documents and records, maintaining an organized filing
system.
3.8 Arrangement of vehicle inspection, insurance, road tax and VPC renewal.
3.7 Carry out any other duties as and when assigned.
4.0MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
4.1 At least 1 year of HR/Admin experience.
4.2 Certificate / Diploma in HR.
4.3 Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM Regulations.
4.4 Knowledge in Timesoft Payroll software add advantage.
4.5 Preferably experienced in construction industry.
4.6 Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
4.7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
