Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope:
--Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals (WP)
-Liaise with MOM and relevant authorities on work pass matters and regulatory requirements
-Stay updated on MOM policies, employment laws, and regulatory changes provide timely updates to HR Manager and management
-Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
-Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for local and foreign employees
-Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks related to MOM and employment regulations
-Handle general HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Must have at least 2years of experiences in HR Payroll system
-Familiar with MOM rules and regulations
- 5days work week
