Job Description

Working Location: Primarily based in Marsiling, with 1 day per week at the Chinatown office
Working hours: Mon to Fri Start: 7.30am - 9.30am End 4.30pm - 6.30pm
Salary: up to $3,500 - $4,000

Job Duties:

1. Workforce Planning &Recruitment

. Partner with hiring managers tounderstand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

. Manage end-to-end recruitment,including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding

. Utilize various sourcing channels suchas job portals, social media, and professional networks

. Build and maintain strong candidaterelationships to ensure a positive hiring experience

. Provide regular updates on recruitmentprogress and key metrics

. Prepare salary proposals andcoordinate onboarding processes upon offer acceptance

2. Talent Management

. Conduct onboarding sessions for newhires

. Coordinate training programmes foremployees

. Maintain and update employeecompetency records

. Work with L&D team to supportdevelopment initiatives

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

. Support employees with HR systems andhandle enquiries

. Coordinate employee engagementactivities

. Manage offboarding processes incompliance with policies

. Advise managers on performancemanagement and disciplinary matters

4. Compliance & HR Administration

. Ensure timely work pass renewals andcompliance with MOM regulations

. Maintain accurate and updated employeerecords

. Review and update HR policies in linewith Singapore regulations

. Stay updated with regulatory changes(MOM, TAFEP, SNEF, etc.)

. Ensure consistent implementation of HRpolicies across departments

. Support sensitive HR matters such asdisciplinary actions and terminations

5. HR Operations & Support

. Provide HR advisory and operationalsupport to managers

. Support daily HR and administrativefunctions

. Collaborate with departments toachieve company KPIs

. Support ad-hoc projects andinitiatives

. Ensure compliance with workplacesafety standards and KPIs

Requirement:

. Diploma or Degree in relevant field

. Minimum 1-2 years of HR/Admin experience preferred

. Familiar with MOM regulations and work passprocesses is an advantage

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

. Experience handling blue-collar workforce (e.g.manufacturing) is a plus
