Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and company letters
- Handle data entry and updates in HRMS to maintain accurate employee records
- Assist in managing employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Track and follow up on e-appraisal for staff confirmation and year-end reviews
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and administration
- Contribute to and assist in organizing company events
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Cover receptionist duties when necessary (handling incoming calls, arranging couriers, etc.)
Requirement:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proactive and eagerness to learn.
- Prior administrative experience in HR will be advantageous
- Able to commence immediately or on short notice.
