Oversee and process payroll for all employees in a timely manner, including computation of salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory submissions
Manage employee leave claims and liaise with relevant government authorities on matters such as maternity leave and childcare leave
Handle matters of IRAS, including IR21 for resigned foreign employees and IR8A annual submissions for all staff
Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll and manpower costing reports by trade (e.g. rebar, formwork, wet trade) and by project, to support finance and QS budgeting
Execute accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions to ensure timely collections, payments, and effective cash flow management.
Review and process employee expense claims in accordance with company policies
Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities and ensure timely completion of accounts
Handle CPF submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Assist with other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Able to work independently with strong attention to detail
Good knowledge of payroll, CPF, and tax regulations in Singapore is preferred
Experience in construction industry (payroll by trade/project costing) is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with payroll systems and accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) is preferred
