Role

We are looking for an in-house housekeeping trainer who will be the custodian of quality and standards of our cleaning professionals on the platform. This person will be reporting to the General Manager, and is expected to work on core operational tracks and strategic projects to improve the supply ecosystem. You will get to experience both diving deep into data to break down problems and deliver insights, while also working hands-on to ensure best-in-class execution and deployment of your own projects.

Summary of Job Responsibilities

·     Selection and training of professionals

·     Counselling and re-training of professionals

·     Creation of online training materials

·     Leveraging on tech to improve overall pro communication & quality

·     Collaborating with business teams on strategic initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

·     Singaporean/PR

·     A Bachelor's degree is preferred

·     Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping industry

·     Strong communicator and can articulate POV clearly

·     Strong bias for action, willingness to execute and hustle to get the job done

·     Previous experience in managing some data
