Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise changing room attendants and cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Prepare weekly duty rosters and oversee smooth daily operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of locker rooms, toilets, and public areas to ensure top-notch hygiene.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues with the Facilities team.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and manage inventory efficiently.
- Support event setups and festive decorations to create memorable experiences.
- Handle lost and found items with care and professionalism.
- Liaise with external contractors to ensure service standards are consistently met.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
What We're Looking For
- Minimum GCE O Level or completed primary education.
- Prior experience in hotels, clubs, or service industries preferred.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage contractor relationships.
- Bonus: Cleaning/housekeeping experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Transportation provided from Bedok / Tampines
