Job Summary
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will leaddaily guestrooms operations, ensuring cleanliness standards, supervising teamperformance, resolving maintenance issues, and delivering professional guestservice in a luxury resort environment.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, we rely on you to:
- Oversee daily guestrooms housekeeping operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Support the Assistant Housekeeper in maintaining high standards of room cleanliness and hygiene
- Supervise and evaluate team performance to uphold quality assurance standards consistently
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate timely resolution per established protocols
- Engage professionally with guests to assist and enhance their experience when required
- Apply detailed knowledge of hotel/resort guestrooms operations to optimize housekeeping processes
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience in guestrooms cleaning and supervision within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong guest communication and engagement skills, with experience interacting with international and domestic travelers
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations specific to hotel or resort settings
