We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team!
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, we rely on you to:
- Ensure smooth daily running of the Housekeeping guestrooms operations
- Support the Assistant Housekeeper in maintaining room cleaniless
- Supervise the team performance and room cleaniless
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times
- Report any maintenance-related issues and ensure resolutions according to standard
- Interact and assist guests professionally when needed
We are looking for someone who:
- Fully understands guestrooms operations in a hotel/resort environment.
- Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented, experiences in guestsroom cleaning and supervision
- Has strong guest communication and engagement skills, with exposure to interacting with both international and domestic travelers, as our resort is an international destination
- Has relevant experience with hotel/resort background with Houskeeping Operations knowledge.
