To be responsible for the training of new room attendants in his/ her department.
To co-ordinate the daily work of housekeepers or cleaners (depend on area of responsibility).
Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her team.
Conduct regular room checklists and record room status.
Any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by manager.
To ensure that all hotel guests receive a high level of housekeeping services.
Clean and ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms, floors, public areas, offices and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures set.
Requirements:
At least two-year relevant working experience in Hospitality industry.
Supports team during high house with room making when required.
