- Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.
- Ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean
- Changes bed linen and making beds.
- Replaces used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
- Sweeps and mops floors and vacuums guest room
- Empties trash along guest corridor and public areas
- Delivery of guest amenities request
- Follow Safety protocol set and implement by hotel
- Performing any other duties as assign by management
Requirements
- Pleasant, courteous & friendly personality
- Willingness to work as a member of a team
- Able to understand and converse in basic English
- Able to do rotating shift work including midnight shift
- Able to work on Public Holidays and weekends
