Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake cleaning duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager in accordance with daily priorities and regular cleaning schedules.
- Preferrably Male
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene, with special care in infection-controlled areas.
- Be sensitive and respectful to residents/patients while cleaning occupied rooms, ensuring professionalism in communication.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding information about residents/patients and their families.
- Follow the Home's procedures for laundering items, including storage and usage.
- Ensure proper usage and upkeep of cleaning equipment to maintain standards and safety.
- Prepare cleaning trolleys for the next shift and highlight low stock levels of cleaning materials when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Primary/Secondary education or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred.
- Good communication skills and a strong team-player attitude.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
