Job Scope
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel
Clean bathrooms, replenish toiletries, towels, and guest amenities.
Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and remove rubbish.
Report maintenance defects and damaged items.
Replenish housekeeping trolley with linen and supplies.
Handle guests requests promptly and courteously.
Follow hotel hygiene, safety and cleaning procedures.
Ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in within the required time.
Report lost and found items according to hotel policy.
