As a Housekeeping Attendant, you're not just ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms and public area – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
  • Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
  • Cleaning of pubic area on rotational basis

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Housekeeping department
  • Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, especially in hospitality.
  • Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
  • Courteous and professional when interacting with guests.
  • Efficient in completing tasks within set timeframes.
  • Works well with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
  • Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
