Housekeeping Assistant Manager (Healthcare)

Job Highlight:

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to interpret contracts, enforce terms, monitor KPIs, and ensure vendor compliance with policies and standards.
• Preferably with experience in healthcare, hospitality, or horticulture environments, with understanding of operational and compliance requirements in these settings.
• Experience managing daily operations, resolving issues with vendors, and ensuring smooth service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong capability in validating reports, auditing KPIs, tracking performance data, and ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance checks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and vendors, coupled with leadership ability, initiative, and interest in supporting operations through innovative and sustainable practices.
